Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year related experience and/or training.
• COA/COT certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients professionally and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Anticipate physician needs to streamline clinic flow.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at all times.
• Record patient information and medical history in EMR.
• Perform tests and prep patients for exams.
• Operate and troubleshoot ophthalmic diagnostic equipment.
• Maintain exam rooms and stock supplies.
• Support general office duties as needed.
