St. Paul Eye Clinic, P.A. in Woodbury, MN is seeking an Ophthalmic Technician/Assistant to join a privately owned ophthalmology and optometry practice.

The role includes performing clinician-supported testing such as visual acuity, intraocular pressure, pupil function, dilation, and imaging (fundus photography, OCT, topography). Compensation is based on experience and includes a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ophthalmology experience preferred, 1 year.
• Excellent patient care and willingness to learn.
• Experience with OCT/Topography preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform tests and measurements under supervision.
• Assist clinicians during exams.
• Prepare imaging and patient setup.
• Maintain accurate records in EMR.

About this position

Description:

St. Paul Eye Clinic is an Ophthalmology & Optometry clinic that is privately owned. We have 20 providers and 5 locations in the East Metro. We are seeking Ophthalmic Assistants or Technicians with the following skills:

• COT,COA-Retina Photography Experience Preferred
• Scribe Electronic Medical Records
• Visual Acuity
• Intra-ocular pressure
• Pupil function
• Dilation with eye-drops
• Special testing experience including Fundus Photography, OCT and Topography
• Great attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Excellent patient care
