Job summary

A leading ophthalmology clinic in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, seeks a technician to assist in patient care. Responsibilities include preparing patients for physician visits and coordinating surgery schedules. Ideal candidates will have experience in an ophthalmology office and must be personable and effective communicators. Overview

As a technician at NC Retina Associates, your main duty is to assist in the care of patients during their visit by preparing them to see the physician. You must be able to independently seek out resources and work collaboratively with others. You must have an ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and communicate clearly with patients, families, visitors, physicians, administrators, leadership and coworkers.
