Wolfe Eye Clinic in Cedar Falls, IA is seeking an experienced Ophthalmic Technician for a full-time role. You will support ophthalmologists by conducting patient workups, taking medical and ocular histories, and performing specialized diagnostic testing.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with retinoscopy, manual refraction, A-scan, keratometry, tonometry, and OCT/VF testing, and can work well independently or as part of a team. Daytime travel reimbursed.

Ophthalmic TechnicianAt Wolfe Eye Clinic, we create Better Vision for a Better Life.We have an immediate opening for a full-time experienced Ophthalmic technician based in our Cedar Falls location.The ophthalmic technicians work closely with ophthalmologists to provide comprehensive care for our patients. Candidates should be ready to work both independently and as a member of a team, accept responsibility for assigned patient care and be able to perform responsibilities in a friendly and efficient manner.Responsibilities include:-Taking patient medical and ocular histories-Performing patient workups-Diagnostic testingExperience is required.Ideal candidates would be skilled in:-Retinoscopy-Manual refraction-Applanation A-scan-Manual keratometry-Tonometry-Performing OCT and VF testingDaytime travel required.
