Job summary

OCLI Vision is seeking an Ophthalmic Scribe/Technician to enhance patient experience by assisting providers, performing eye tests, and documenting exams. You'll manage patient flow and ensure high standards of care.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in an ophthalmic or medical setting.
• Experience as a Medical Scribe or Ophthalmic Technician (COA/COT) preferred.
• Friendly, dependable, and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Prepare charts/EMRs and exam rooms.
• Record patient history, testing results, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Perform eye tests (visual acuity, tonometry, dilation, OCT, etc.).
• Assist physicians during exams and minor procedures.
• Maintain equipment and manage patient flow.
• Ensure infection control and confidentiality at all times.

The Opportunity

Join our team as an Ophthalmic Scribe/Technician! You’ll play a key role in the patient experience—assisting providers, performing eye tests, documenting exams, and ensuring every patient receives exceptional care.
