Responsibilities

• Adheres to and motivates others to follow work instructions.
• Performs equipment calibration and setup; reports issues promptly.
• Identifies quality, process, and workflow problems; informs supervisor.
• Participates in training and mentors new hires.
• Communicates with supervisor and team; attends meetings.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and reports hazards.
• Supports management decisions and assists Team Leader and Supervisor.
