Job summary

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, reliable attendance, and the ability to communicate clearly and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Completes equipment calibration and setup; reports maintenance issues.

• Participates in training; mentors new hires and cross-trains associates.
• Communicates with Supervisor; participates in team meetings and provides input on facility issues.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude; treats associates with respect; reports concerns.
• Supports management decisions and assists Supervisors in duties.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area; notifies Supervisor of safety issues.
• Follows safety requirements and provides immediate feedback where needed.
• Maintains adherence to company policies.
