Colonnade Surgical Partners LLC in Birmingham, AL seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Ophthalmology Operating Room team. The ideal candidate will have surgical nursing experience and be able to maintain a sterile environment while delivering compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Alabama (required).
• BLS certification (required).
• ACLS certification (required).
• Prior OR experience required; ophthalmology or ASC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Circulate during ophthalmic procedures and assist the surgical team.
• Monitor sterile technique and infection control standards.
• Document intraoperative care, medications, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and scrub staff for efficient case flow.
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and verify consent and documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.
