Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and LPN license in Arizona.
• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program and BLS certified.
• Spanish fluency required; ophthalmology experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Chart prep, histories and physicals, and chart checks.
• Prepare preoperative and postoperative areas; monitor equipment.
• Provide patient support and assist anesthesia during procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist in patient education.
