Job summary

Atlantic Eye is seeking a Full-time Ophthalmic Diagnostic Technician to join our patient-focused team across 5 locations. You will run advanced diagnostic testing with OCT, visual fields, fundus photography, and corneal topography, while supporting physicians and managing patient flow.

Responsibilities include welcoming patients, assisting during exams, and maintaining accurate EMR records in a fast-paced clinical setting. Travel across our locations is required.

Qualifications

• Experience using EMR systems and digital tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong patient empathy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and orient patients to create a welcoming first impression.
• Attend to patient needs promptly and courteously.
• Manage patient flow in waiting areas and exam rooms to minimize delays.
• Escort patients to exam rooms with care.
• Support physicians during patient exams.
• Perform OCT, Visual Field testing, Fundus Photography, and Corneal Topography with precision.
• Maintain EMR documentation of appointments.
