Job summary

Retina Consultants of Texas is looking for a dedicated Research Assistant for their Katy Clinic. This role involves coordinating research patient visits, preparing documentation, and collecting critical data according to guidelines.

Candidates will manage all study-related information, assist in patient care, and support the Research Department during set hours. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in ophthalmology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of ophthalmic experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a strong proficiency in computer use.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule subject visits per protocol guidelines.
• Prepare visit-specific documentation and charts.
• Collect and record necessary data during study visits.
• Administer mandatory questionnaires and perform ECGs.
• Scribe ocular exams and manage treatment confirmations.
