Job summary

EyeSouth Partners is seeking a Clinical Research Assistant to support a high-volume Research Department within an ophthalmic practice in Cranberry Township, PA. You will assist in coordinating clinical trials, recruit and screen subjects, and ensure data quality while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare, preferably ophthalmology
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication abilities
• Understanding of laboratory procedures and equipment
• Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Recruit and screen subjects to participate in trials
• Coordinate patient visits and perform procedures related to research
• Collect accurate data obtained from research visits
• Monitor research participants to ensure adherence to study protocol
• Maintain compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory standards
• Maintain relationships with site staff, study subjects, and sponsor delegates
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinical Research Coordinator
• Maintain compliance with all SOPs
