Qualifications

• Experience in a professional environment with a strong customer service focus.
• High school or equivalent education is required.
• CPOA or COA certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform optometric pretesting including visual acuity, auto-refraction, tonometry, OCT, visual fields, and refractions.
• Assist patients with contact lens insertion, removal, and care.
• Provide excellent customer service and information regarding treatment.
