5110 Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary is launching a new ophthalmology practice in Weymouth and seeks dedicated team members to contribute to patient care. This unique role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact from day one.
Responsibilities include gathering clinical information, assisting with examinations, and ensuring efficient patient flow. Candidates should possess a High School Diploma and strong interpersonal skills, with preferred knowledge of ocular conditions.
Training will occur at Boston locations before opening the Weymouth site, with various scheduling options available.
We are excited to launch a brand-new ophthalmology practice in Weymouth and are looking for dedicated team members to help us launch the location successfully. This unique opportunity allows candidates to contribute to the success of a new practice and make a meaningful impact on patient care from day one.
Initial 2–3 months of training will occur at our Boston locations, with opportunities to support other sites until the Weymouth office becomes fully operational. After opening, occasional coverage at other locations may be required based on needs. Hours are assigned based on clinical and operational requirements and may vary. Typical shifts include 7:45AM–4:15PM, 8:00AM–4:30PM, or 8:30AM–5:00PM.
