Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead plant-wide OpEx initiatives to improve efficiency, reliability, and reduce waste
• Drive Lean, TPM, and kaizen projects; standardize processes and documentation
• Conduct line studies, value stream mapping, and RCA to identify and solve issues
• Collaborate cross-functionally and globally to share performance data and best practices
• Manage MES reporting and deliver training to support continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing; 1–3 years in leadership preferred
• Proven experience with Lean systems and TPM implementation
• Experience in a GMP environment
• Skilled in RCA, KPI tracking, process mapping, and change leadership
• Proficient in 5S, SMED, fishbone diagrams, and visual management tools
