Location: Geneva, USA

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 + 10% bonus

Experience: 5–20 years (3+ years in management)

Role Summary

Continuous Improvement / Operations Excellence Manager to lead efficiency and reliability initiatives across the plant. Focus on Lean implementation, TPM, waste reduction, process optimization, and driving sustainable improvements in performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute plant improvement projects (Lean, TPM, HPS, Kaizen).
• Standardize work processes (visual management, SOPs, set‑up sheets, parameters).
• Analyze production data, create process/value stream maps, and identify efficiency gaps.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with global and cross‑functional teams on strategies and best practices.
• Develop and deliver training on Lean and continuous improvement tools.
• Manage plant MES reporting and performance metrics.

Must‑Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
