The Operational Excellence (OpEx) Co-Op is a one-year development program within a world-class medical device manufacturing environment. This role supports business performance improvement by applying Lean Manufacturing, data analytics, and structured problem-solving techniques to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Compliance, and Culture (SQDCC). The Co-Op will work closely with manufacturing and business leaders to identify improvement opportunities, eliminate waste, optimize processes, and drive sustainable results across the Vision value stream.
Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually require future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program.
