Job summary

Kokosing Construction in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a trainer to develop and mentor heavy equipment operators, improving safety, productivity and quality in the field.

You will train new operators, mentor experienced crews, coordinate with field management and unions, inspect equipment, and ensure proper maintenance and safe operation.

A minimum high school diploma with five years’ operator experience and membership in good standing of the Operating Engineers Union is required.
