Qualifications

• Must be able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

• Physical capability with standing for extended periods and repetitive lifting.
• Lift, push, and pull up to 40lbs as part of routine tasks.

The Tie Layer Operator will perform operations including manufacturing, coating, and processing tubing.

Responsibilities

• Set up and monitor machines & equipment.
• Apply tie layer coating to tubing.
• Place tubing in equipment.
• Check tubing visually and dimensionally.
• Document process information on prescribed worksheets.
• Must maintain a clean, neat work area and observe all safety rules and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• The ability to carry out oral and written instructions along with the ability to adapt to different situations.
• The ability to read job instruction.
• Repetitive overhead lifting of lightweight tubing.
• The ability to lift, push and pull up to 40lbs.
• The employee must have the ability to perform inspection functions such as visual inspection to detect cosmetic defects and color differentiation of products.
• Standing, stooping or sitting for sustained periods of time.
