Job summary

Prince Sterilization Services, LLC is seeking an Operator Technician for full-time shifts in our New Jersey facilities. The role involves working in ISO-6/7 cleanrooms, performing aseptic cleaning, and packaging duties, with strict adherence to PPE and safety protocols.

We expect candidates to pass a background check, have a valid driver’s license or government-issued ID, and be able to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions. Shift availability includes 2nd and 3rd shifts, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Driver’s license or government-issued ID required.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Legible handwriting.
• Willingness to work assigned shift consistently.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform repetitive bending and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Wash glassware and medical components using designated equipment.
• Work in an ISO-6 and 7 cleanroom environment while wearing PPE.
• Perform aseptic cleaning and packaging of products.
• Load and unload manufacturing equipment.
• Package processed products according to specifications.
• Monitor process systems and equipment for proper operation.
• Perform daily and weekly preventative maintenance tasks; assist maintenance team as needed.
• Participate in safety committees and adhere to safety rules.
• Accurately complete required documentation for all tasks.
• Clean, sanitize, and disinfect workstations before and after use.
• Maintain attention to detail and high work accuracy.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00pm – 10:30 pm
• 3rd shift: Monday-Friday 10:30pm-6:00am

Requirements:

• Must pass a background check
