Kinder Morgan is seeking a terminal operator to safely unload and load bulk products to and from vessels, tanks, railcars and trucks at our Chesapeake facility.
Responsibilities include equipment inspection, housekeeping and maintenance, and reporting abnormalities to supervision. The role requires GED or high school diploma, ability to stand long hours, follow instructions, and strong communication skills; shifts include weekends and 12-hour schedules.
Responsible for the safe, efficient and quality-conscious
unloading and loading of bulk products to or from
vessels, tanks, railcars, and trucks. Assure the work
being performed consistently meets or exceeds the
expectations of the supervisor, as well as published
policies and procedures
. A position assigned specific duties under periodic supervision by the supervisor. May be assigned to general duties in all areas of operations of the terminals. Extensive training in railcar, truck, warehousing, vessel operations, safety and environmental training as required.
GED or High School
Ability to stand for long hours
Ability to follow instructions
Strong Communication skills
USD $28.91 - USD $32.65 /Hr.
