The role requires coordinating with supervisors, maintaining records, and traveling across service territories.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in gas operations, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and OQ platforms.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of experience in the gas industry with a strong operations background.
• Ability to travel up to 30% and work across service territories.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operator qualification platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with supervisors and employees regarding evaluation.
• Conduct OQ evaluations in accordance with the OQ plan and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct re-qualification of employees when required by the OQ Plan.
• Completes evaluation records accurately and timely.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to employees and management after evaluations.
• Demonstrates working knowledge of assigned tasks, procedures, and field practices.
• Support continuous improvement of the Operator Qualification program, processes, and evaluation methods.
• Identifies employee performance deficiencies and knowledge gaps.
• Maintain OQ evaluation sites in conjunction with Operations Training.
