Operator, Production Technician II - 3rd Shift

To mix, blend, and formulate batches of raw ingredients and materials into finished products according to work orders, including liquid flavors and vanilla items, following formulas, procedures, and quality standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Verify batch weights and quantities through mathematical calculations.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices for food products and report violations.
• Lift up to 50-pound packages safely; handle heavier packages including 55-gallon drums.
• Assist in training new employees and perform competency reviews.
• Sign off on raw materials, check for foreign materials, rework, and complete batch reports.
• Follow procedures for pulling product samples for quality analysis.
