Overview

This position involves mixing, blending, and formulating batches of raw ingredients into finished products, including liquid flavors and vanilla items, according to formulas, procedures, and quality standards. The role is on-site in St. Louis, MO.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify batch weights and quantities through mathematical calculations.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices for food products' care, handling, and storage; report violations.
• Lift packages up to 50 pounds safely; handle heavier items like 55-gallon drums.
• Assist in training new employees and conducting competency reviews.
• Sign off on batch reports, check for foreign materials, rework, and finished products.
• Follow procedures for sampling products for quality analysis.

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
