Job summary

Roechling Automotive in Duncan, SC is seeking a manufacturing operator to run molding and assembly operations and to read and follow work instructions to ensure a quality output. You will maintain production records and participate in continuous improvement activities.

The role requires lifting up to 35 pounds, adherence to 5S and safety policies, and the ability to observe machine operation and report issues promptly. HS diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing molding and/or assembly operations.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions to produce a quality product.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and maintain production records.
• Adhere to 5S and safety policies in the work cell.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding machines and assembly equipment per work instructions.
• Maintain appropriate production records and observe machine operation.
• Identify and report machine malfunctions or quality issues to supervision.
• Follow all safety policies and participate in 5S activities in the work area.
