Role Overview

As an Operator, Production, you will be a key part of a diverse workforce. This is a physical role with variety, involving handling raw materials (dry pre-mix powders) of up to 55 lbs, monitoring equipment and processes, analyzing products, and performing minor maintenance. You will work with supportive leaders who value your input and aim to create a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

1. Handle raw materials, transport from storage to dispensary, weigh as required, and add to mixers per batch formula. Load blenders, complete packaging, sample, and inspect raw and finished goods, and palletize/store materials following safety guidelines.
2. Work independently across all production areas, demonstrating advanced process knowledge.
3. Monitor, report, and document equipment failures, deviations, and corrective actions.
4. Report disturbances and inform supervisors about process adjustments or concerns.
5. Take samples for quality testing.

• Base pay of $21.00/hour, with shift differentials: +$0.50/hr for 2nd shift, +$1.75/hr for 3rd shift.
