Coulter Services is seeking a packaging operator to prepare and operate packaging equipment, ensuring quality and efficiency in pharmaceutical packaging operations.

The role emphasizes following standard procedures, recording batch information, and complying with cGMPs and SOPs, while collaborating with maintenance, quality, and support teams to meet production goals and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Strong reading, writing, and basic math skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work overtime when needed and follow detailed instructions.

• Verify, set up, and execute packaging equipment following standard procedures and work instructions.
• Operate and troubleshoot packaging machinery, escalating issues when necessary.
• Ensure raw materials are correctly repackaged into finished products within specified quality standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance for mechanical issues and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas.
• Accurately record batch information and comply with cGMPs, safety protocols, and SOPs.
• Participate in technical and compliance training, and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with quality and support teams to resolve operational issues and meet production goals.
