Job summary

Neenah Foundry Miami Operations in Medley, FL, is hiring for general labor roles on day shifts. You will assist on the molding line, operate basic hand tools, and help with sand and core setting, following process sheets to support production goals.

Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sweep and shovel sand
• Setting cores on molding line
• Pattern set up and pattern exchange
• Read and follow process sheets
• Core clean up
• Using basic hand, air tools and hand hoists
• Forklift operation as required

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply
• No previous experience required, we will train you!
• No educational requirements
• Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to tolerate hot working conditions and a loud environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be comfortable working in small spaces

Shifts:

• Must be available to work 10-12 hour shifts
• Must be available for overtime as production needs require
• Monday - Friday, some Saturdays required
