Job summary

듀폰의 West Alexandria, OH 공장에서 12시간 교대 근무를 수행할 제조 운영 직원을 찾고 있습니다. 화학 공정 제어와 기계 운전, 원료 투입, 완제품 포장을 포함한 생산 활동을 수행하며 생산 일정과 안전·환경·품질 규정을 준수합니다.

근무는 로테이션으로 정규 12시간 교대에 포함되며, 주말·공휴일 및 초과근무가 필요할 수 있습니다. 팀과 협업하고 이슈 해결 및 지속적 개선을 추진하는 역할입니다.

Qualifications

• 고등학교 졸업 또는 GED 필요.
• 12시간 회전 근무 가능성, 야간/주말/공휴일 초과근무 가능성.
• 55lb까지의 중량을 들 수 있으며 PPE 착용 필수에 대비할 수 있어야 함.
• 안전 규정 및 ISO 환경/품질 요건 준수에 능숙해야 함.

Responsibilities

• 화학 공정 또는 기계를 컴퓨터 시스템 또는 반자동 설비로 제어/운전합니다.
• 원료를 투입하고, 화학물질을 이동시키며, 최종 제품을 포장하고 설비를 운영합니다.
• 표준작업절차(SOP)에 따른 품질 및 규정 준수를 보장합니다.
• 항상 안전 표준을 유지하고 필요 시 비상 절차를 실행합니다.
• 설비 속도/품질/수율에 영향을 미치는 제어 설정을 조정합니다.
• 기록계, 유량계, 패널 표시등 등을 모니터링하고 경보 신호를 확인합니다.
• 교대 근무 시 팀원/리더와 협력하고 차후 교대를 위한 준비를 합니다.
• 문제 해결 및 지속적 개선 기회를 식별합니다.

The DuPont site in West Alexandria, OH has an exciting job opportunity for candidates looking for a career nonexempt operator position. The site produces Adhesives used in various industrial manufacturing applications.

This position performs various operations necessary to produce Adhesives, adhering to all applicable company rules and regulations, legal regulations, and ISO environmental and quality requirements while also meeting production schedules. Everyday performance of duties in this position must be done in an ethical manner with safety as the primary responsibility. This position works a rotating 12-hour shift including holidays, weekends, and some overtime.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Control or operate chemical processes or systems of machines, using computer systems or semi-automatic equipment.
• Load raw materials, transfer chemicals from one area to another, package finished product, and operate/troubleshoot process equipment.
• Ensure quality and conformance with standard operating procedures.
• Maintain safety standards at all times and initiates and follows emergency procedures when necessary.
• Move control settings within operating limts to make necessary adjustments on equipment units affecting speeds of chemical reactions, quality, or yields.
• Monitor recording instruments, flow meters, panel lights, or other indicators and listen for warning signals, to verify conformity of process conditions.
• Partners with team members and leaders during shifts and at shift hand-over; Raises potential issues and barriers appropriately; Leaves area prepared for next shift.
• Identifies continuous improvement opportunities; Collaborates to solve problems.

Education & Experience:

Required:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Willing and able to work a 12 hour rotating shift, including nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, and on short notice call-in as needed by the business.
• Willing and able to: lift 55lbs regularly; climb stairs, ladders, stoop, bend, kneel, utilize visual acuity for close work, reach overhead, hear and respond to alarms; and work in various weather conditions.
• Willing and able to wear required PPE (personal protective equipment) such as steel toed shoes, hardhat, Nomex, protective eyewear, face shield, and respirator as needed.

Preferred:

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
