Albany International Corp. in Kaukauna, Wisconsin is looking for a Loom Operator to operate weaving looms and ensure product quality. You will engage in various tasks including knot-tying, loom setup, and participation in process improvement initiatives.
This role requires a safety conscious individual with a positive attitude and high school diploma, while an associate degree is preferred. The job involves rotating shifts and occasional overtime.

Over time the incumbent is trained in a variety of distinct tasks each associated with the classification of Loom Operator, including knot-tying, threading, setup, start-up, loom operation, cleaning and burling fabrics.
