We also specialize in landscaping, hardscaping, excavating, lawn applications, lawn installations, irrigation, and full snow management services. At Smith Lawnscapes, we care about our local community. We proudly offer our services to Dewitt, East Lansing, Haslett, Okemos, Grand Ledge and the Greater Lansing Area.

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Operator/Laborer/Driver to turn our customers’ visions into a beautiful reality. We strive to provide a service we are proud of!

Requirements

We will provide:

• $22.00 - $25.00 / hr depending on qualifications
• Paid training
• Paid holidays

• Hero of the week – you can earn an extra $1 per hour when you meet basic requirements
• Work Boot incentive – after 30 days we will provide you with $100 towards new boots. After a year we will give you $250 for new boots yearly!

You Will Provide The Following

• Must have a valid CDL
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Operate various tools and equipment, including: chainsaws, chop saws, laser levels, measurement equipment, shovels, hammers, drills, etc.
• Ability to operate various types of equipment such as an excavator, skid steer, tractor, trencher among other types of equipment
• Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools and equipment required to complete various landscape/construction practices
• Ability to walk, stand, crouch for long periods of time and carry 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a workday
