Job summary

Attollo, LLC is seeking an Operator Instructor in Stafford, VA to develop curricula for MAGTF C2 systems and lead training events. The ideal candidate has AC2SN portfolio experience and prior instructor or analyst work with USMC systems.

Responsibilities include creating training materials, delivering on-site and in-field sessions, and producing post-event reports to ensure Day-1 readiness for customers across government, commercial, and academic clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or USMC training equivalent.
• Master Instructor certification.
• Experience with Marine Corps tactical data systems and MACCS.
• Knowledge of Marine Corps formal learning center policies and training systems.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all training curriculum and material development activities as required.
• Conduct training events to include NET, Delta, On-Site, and Over-the-Shoulder.
• Provide all required post-event reporting and documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related scientific or technical discipline (or) additional 4 years of USMC training experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.


• Previously certified as a Master Instructor in military training.


• Experience with Marine Corps tactical data systems and Marine Air Command and Control Systems (MACCS).


• Knowledge of Marine Corps formal learning center policies and training systems.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related scientific or technical discipline (or) additional 4 years of USMC training experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.


• Five (5) years’ work experience with AC2SN portfolio of systems.


• Three (3) years of instructor and/or analyst experience supporting USMC systems.
