Select Water Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Water Transfer Operator III to join our Water Transfer department. You will work on a crew setting up, operating, and rigging down water transfer jobs safely, including pumping and hose work, at various sites.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, good teamwork, and adherence to safety procedures. Experience in energy or water transfer is a plus; drivers license is required for site logistics.

Formación

• 4+ years of related work experience and/or equivalent training.
• January/attire; must be able to pass trainings and safety procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility to drive company vehicle per insurance guidelines.
• Experience in energy industry is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Load and unload pipe, field materials, and equipment onto trailers and trucks for transport.
• Lay and manage poly line and flat hose; operate transfer pumps and related equipment.
• Set up, service, and shutdown pumps and generators at job sites.
• Use common hand and power tools; assist in containment and spill cleanups.
• Drive non-CDL trucks and other vehicles to move equipment and personnel; follow safety protocols.

Job Description

Select’s Water Transfer department performs a variety of general manual labor tasks, including, but not limited to, laying flat hose and underground pipeline systems from water sources to customer frac jobs. Works on a crew and is responsible for setting up, operating and rigging down jobs safely.

The essential job functions include, but are not limited to

• Applies basic skills in loading and unloading pipe, field materials and equipment onto trailers and trucks for safe transport.
• Duties may consist of laying and picking up poly line, laying flat hose, running transfer pumps and essential equipment for water transfer operations.
• Sets and servicing pumps and generators at job sites.
• Uses common hand and power tools.
• Assists in containment and spill clean ups.
• Driving trucks (non-CDL) and other vehicles to transport equipment, personnel and perform job task (Applies to Operators II, III, and Lead).
• Follows all safety procedures, uses proper PPE and successfully completes required trainings.

• Experience in the energy industry is a plus
• Knowledge of relevant equipment, machines and tools, including the designs, uses, repair and maintenance.
• Highschool diploma or GED, preferred.
• Physical stamina.

Compensation Information

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Physical Demands and Exposures

• Work is regularly performed in outside weather conditions, including rain and extreme cold and heat, near moving mechanical parts; exposure to high wind, ice, snow, wet and/or humid conditions, vibration, and dust is expected.
