Qualifications

• Experience operating industrial or converting equipment on a production line.
• Ability to lead a crew and supervise shift operations.
• Proficient in diagnosing equipment issues and minimizing downtime.
• Knowledge of web handling, tension controls, and inline equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup, operation, and optimization of converting and finishing equipment.
• Maintain quality standards and consistent product output.
• Oversee inline equipment such as gluing, labeling, applicators, splicers, and cutters.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime.
• Train and guide crew members throughout the shift.
• Maintain accurate documentation and job records.
• Support safety, organization, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain smooth shift-to-shift communication.

• 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
