ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• To know and monitor the process flow in their area.
• To understand, troubleshoot and control the process in their area using Honeywell computer systems.
• To understand and operate the equipment in their area.
• To understand and adhere to the following:
• Safety Policies
• Operating Procedures
• Good Manufacturing Practices & Product Safety Manual
• To perform necessary analytical tests and mathematical computations to accomplish above duties.
• Communicate with Supervision and other workers to insure proper flow of information.

FITNESS REQUIREMENTS:

• Lift materials up to 50 pounds
• Lift material up to 50 pounds repetitively
• Push/pull material and/or adjust equipment up to 50 pounds
• Use hands to twist, grip, turn repetitively
• Climb in to and out of forklift
• Climb ladders up to 60 feet high
• Climb stairs up to 12 flights
• Work in a sitting position
• Typing using a keyboard up to 8 hours a day
• Work a 12-hour rotating shift
