UCT is looking for a talented Operator II to join us in Chandler, AZ.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Problem Solving Skills: Machine operators need to identify why machines are not performing optimally, how to increase output, and how to fix errors.
2. Attention to Detail: Work involves precision equipment; being off by millimeters could be critical.
3. Mechanical and Technical Skills: Some machines are computer-controlled, requiring knowledge of CAD/CAM technology; others are mechanical, requiring understanding of their operation.
4. Physical Demands: Operators often work long hours performing repetitive movements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to read schematics, work from complex instructions, and ensure items are designed and built correctly.
• Understanding blueprints, schematics, models, and specifications.

• Adherence to company policies regarding workmanship standards, quality, and customer specifications.

Educational/Certification Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
