Environmental Conditions
Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safety Standards. Cleanroom protocol: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair, etc. allowed. PPE required: safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc. Standing for full shift.

Work Schedule
Weekend nights, Fri-Sun, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM.

Location/Division
Millersburg, PA - Single-Use manufacturing locations.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Manually assemble tubing and connectors used in the medical industry.
2. Read manufacturing drawings and follow standard procedures.
3. Manufacture bags following SOPs in accordance with product blueprints.
4. Record and complete accurate documentation according to GMP requirements.
5. Drive safety culture and quality in all activities.
6. Perform visual inspections on in-process and finished products, reporting issues to leadership.
7. Participate in Lean PPI culture through Tier boards, GEMBA, JDI, RCCM, and Kaizen events.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required; preferred experience in manufacturing, operations, production, or lab settings.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities include safety protocol adherence, quality drive, physical ability to stand, move, reach, bend, grasp, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment includes a controlled cleanroom environment, specific gowning requirements, and PPE usage.
