You will lead line activities, follow SOPs and cGMP guidelines, and contribute to safety and quality improvements. Prior manufacturing experience and strong teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Strong listening and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret recipes, weights, and measures.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Effective team leadership capabilities.
• Forklift operation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Blend batches of powders and tablets following batching sheets and SOPs.
• Operate multiple machines including tablet presses, mixers, and packaging equipment.
• Perform routine quality testing and document daily production performance and issues.
• Disassemble, clean, reassemble, and set up equipment; make light mechanical adjustments.
