Job summary

Ajulia Executive Search is seeking a Blending Machine Operator in Wisconsin. You will batch, mix, monitor materials, and ensure consistent product quality. Opportunities exist to grow into advanced compounding responsibilities in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include batch processing, preweighing, tanker offloading, documentation, forklift operation, and strict safety/compliance with OSHA and GMP standards. A high school diploma and basic manufacturing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, food production, or machine operation preferred.
• Ability to read and follow batch records and instructions.
• Forklift certification or experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Batch & Mix Materials — Operate blending equipment, monitor mix tanks, and transfer batches into holding or storage tanks.
• Preweighing — Read batch records, measure raw materials, and prepare recipes with liquids and powders.
• Tanker Offloading — Safely unload raw materials from tankers and ensure proper storage.
• Documentation — Complete batch records and paperwork accurately.
• Forklift Operation — Move raw materials and finished batches; forklift experience is a plus.
• Safety & Compliance — Follow OSHA, GMP, and plant safety standards at all times.
