Your Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare machines for production by tooling and parametrization according to work order information.
  • Check production status within and between production sequences and take action in case of deviations.
  • Perform operations while controlling machine/production processes, following documented procedures and processes.
  • Inspect manufactured parts, identify defects, discard defective parts, and follow proper protocols.
  • Support maintenance in repairing, preventing downtime, and inspecting machines.
  • Follow all safety and production rules, ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate clearly in English.
  • Ability to operate medium-complexity machinery in a manufacturing environment.
  • Good visual acuity.
  • Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working with power tools.
  • Ability to read blueprints.
