Job summary

Jabil in Colorado is seeking an Operator to help deliver life-changing medical devices. You will participate in manual assembly, perform functional tests, and ensure products meet ISO-regulated process standards before shipment to surgeons and patients worldwide.

You will work with torque tools, pull materials, maintain 5S, and collaborate with engineers to release production builds. The role stresses safety, precise documentation, and timely, quality-focused output in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Six months related experience and/or training.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain all required job related certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Manually assemble a system using torque drivers and hardware, to a predetermined volume.
  • Functionally test a completed system according to work processes.
  • Pull necessary material from flow racks and bin locations.
  • Perform back flush operations on the computer operating systems.
  • Conduct physical inventory in the designated area.
  • Maintaining 5S order and cleanliness at all times.
  • New Product Development
  • Review all assembly documentation.
  • Assemble first run of product.
  • Work with Engineering towards production build release.

Help Deliver Life-Changing Medical Devices

As an Operator, you'll help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards before they reach surgeons and patients worldwide. Every task you perform contributes to the safety and effectiveness of products that impact lives every day.

What You'll Do
  • Support the processing and preparation of medical devices throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Package products for shipment to customers around the world.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet strict regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Complete routine equipment and work area maintenance activities.
  • Follow detailed procedures in an ISO-regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Partner with teammates to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and on time.
Summary

Perform Direct Fulfillment manufacturing processes to ensure on time shipments of a quality product. To work in an efficient manner and maximize output.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manually assemble a system using torque drivers and hardware, to a predetermined volume.
  • Functionally test a completed system according to work processes.
  • Pull necessary material from flow racks and bin locations.
  • Perform back flush operations on the computer operating systems.
  • Conduct physical inventory in the designated area.
  • Maintaining 5S order and cleanliness at all times.

  • Review all assembly documentation.
  • Assembly prints
  • Routing notes
  • BOMs
  • Assemble first run of product.
  • Modify or correct all assembly documentation.
  • Work with Engineering towards production build release.
  • Identify any required tools.
  • Develop training methods.
  • Process Development.
  • Work with Group Leaders to ensure all documentation is current and correct.
  • Create ECRs for any process improvement or correction and track.
  • Adhere to all safety rules and use required protective equipment.
  • Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
  • Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; and six months related experience and/or training. Must be able to obtain and maintain all required job related certifications.

The hourly pay range for this role is $16.30 - $29.33.
