Wieland is hiring an Operator II in Cuba, MO to operate multiple metal-processing lines on site. You will perform quality checks, ensure product quality, and support safety and housekeeping.

The role requires basic computer skills, teamwork, and problem-solving, with starting pay of $21.07 per hour and a Monday–Friday 7am–3pm schedule. Operator II. The Operator II will be responsible for working with a variety of different equipment lines including cutting, packing, annealing, and cleaning. It is essential to be able to perform all the functions of all of these equipment lines because they are manned based on production demands. Rotating Operator II employees to different equipment lines is essential to decrease repetition for safety and to ensure that qualified individuals are available to operate the necessary equipment. This role is located in Cuba, MO and will be fully on-site.

Starting Pay:$21.07 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm

Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
