Wieland is seeking an Operator II for its Cuba, MO site. This role involves operating multiple equipment lines—cutting, packing, annealing, and cleaning—on a fixed schedule. The position is full-time and on-site, with bi-weekly pay and starting pay of $21.07 per hour.
You will rotate lines to reduce repetitive motion and support a safe, efficient production environment. Qualifications include basic computer skills, problem solving, teamwork, and a commitment to safety.

The Operator II will be responsible for working with a variety of different equipment lines including cutting, packing, annealing, and cleaning. It is essential to be able to perform all the functions of all of these equipment lines because they are manned based on production demands. Rotating Operator II employees to different equipment lines is essential to decrease repetition for safety and to ensure that qualified individuals are available to operate the necessary equipment. This role is located in Cuba, MO and will be fully on-site.
$21.07 per hour
Monday-Friday 7am-3pm
