Job summary

Strongwell Corporation in Minnesota is seeking a candidate to assist in painting operations. You will learn to spray coat fiberglass products with a trainer guiding you through in-house painting processes.

You will also learn spray booth maintenance, stocking supplies, and performing related duties in the Assembly Department, including inventory support and data collection for quality control. Overtime may be required, and all duties align with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Learn to spray coat fiberglass product needing in-house painting, with a trainer present.
• Learn the preventive maintenance of the spray booth.
• Learn what supplies and replacement parts are necessary for day-to-day operations of the paint booth.
• Learn to perform other miscellaneous painting duties as needed and keep spray booth area neat and clean.
• Collect data, as trained, to assist in quality control, scrap identification or any other continuous improvement project.
• When time allows, assist in any area of the Assembly Department needing help or backup.
• Assist in taking inventories as needed.
• Work overtime as business needs require.
• Perform other duties as assigned and directed.
• Comply with Strongwell guidelines, rules, and procedures as contained in the Employee Handbook and miscellaneous memos.
