Job summary

RoShay Services is seeking a packaging operator to verify and prepare packaging materials and equipment. You will set up and change over packaging machines according to work instructions and operate equipment while troubleshooting and adjusting as needed.

You will ensure products meet quality standards, work with maintenance on mechanical issues, and keep accurate batch records. The role requires basic math, good reading/writing, and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum two years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong reading, writing, organizational and problem-solving skills; basic math proficiency
• Ability to work overtime if needed

Join a dynamic team supporting pharmaceutical packaging operations. Responsibilities include ensuring products meet quality standards, collaborating with maintenance for mechanical issues, maintaining cleanliness, and accurately recording batch information using basic math skills. The position requires active engagement in technical and compliance training, adherence to cGMPs, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures.

Team members work collaboratively to meet production and quality goals, participate in continuous improvement activities, and partner with quality teams to resolve issues. Additional duties include maintaining good housekeeping and supporting other operational tasks as assigned.
