Job summary

ROYAL APPLIANCE MFG CO is seeking an Operator I to support manufacturing operations in the United States. You will follow SOPs to ensure process adherence and inventory accuracy, stack pallets, and assist with order preparation and loading.

A cooperative attitude and safe working practices are essential in a fast-paced environment. The role requires basic math, ability to work from lists or instructions, and flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• No final warnings.
• Less than 6 attendance points.
• Efficiency and quality goals met for the previous 3 months.
• Must be in current role for 6+ months.
• Must meet all job description requirements.

• Use a weight scale.
• Operate equipment safely and wear specified PPE as necessary for safety of the operator, coworkers, and facility.
• Possess a cooperative attitude toward coworkers and management.
• Be available to work long hours and weekends, as needed.
• Adhere to the company's quality policy to provide customer satisfaction through high-quality products delivered on time at value.
• Perform other duties as required.

Physical Demands

• Standing/walking for long periods.
