Louisiana-Pacific's Green Bay facility is looking for experienced Machine Operators for its AM/PM shift. NO SWING SHIFT! NO WORKING WITH FIBERGLASS! NO HAIRNETS OR COLD WORK CONDITIONS! Work a 12-hour schedule of 4 days on and then 4 days off in a great team environment where you are valued and appreciated.

Job Purpose

To operate a simple piece of equipment with repetitive functions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a simple piece of equipment with repetitive functions.
• Perform general preventative maintenance.
• Perform minimal set up work with no ability to make process change.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
• Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Knowledge of simple equipment operation.
• Knowledge of general equipment maintenance.
• Time management skills.
• Demonstrated mechanical ability.
• Ability to read and understand safety rules and regulations.

Education

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

Experience

• 3 – 6 months experience.
• Or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position.
