Utility Operator – Atlanta, GA

Position Summary / Objective

This entry‑level production worker is responsible for producing high‑quality inks for our customers while maintaining a safe work environment by following all company safety policies and procedures.

Essential Job Functions

• Operate various machinery throughout the site following proper procedures and safety protocols.
• Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Review batch tickets to assure understanding of the production to be manufactured.
• Enter raw materials in the designated sequence.
• Provide samples to the Quality Control (QC) lab for inspection.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to support a positive work environment and achieve production goals.
• Will train the right candidate to combo operator level.

Required Education and Experience

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Repeatedly able to lift 45 lbs.
• Working and standing for long periods of time.
• Certified to operate a stand‑up forklift.

Preferred Education and Experience

• 1+ year of experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Experience with batch tickets.
