Job summary

Workwear Outfitters, based in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking a Heat Transfer Operator to decorate garments using heat transfer technology on a 2nd shift schedule (3:00pm–1:30am). You will set up equipment, operate the heat press, and ensure orders meet specifications while spotting defects.

HOURS

2nd Shift - 3:00pm - 1:30am - Monday - Thursday, may work some Fridays when necessary, depending on the business needs.

HEAT TRANSFER OPERATOR

• Operate heat press machine to decorate Heat Transfer garments on time, according to specs.
• Sets up machines according to Transfer specifications.
• Ensures production order is complete and according to specifications.
• Observes Heat Transfer operation to detect defects in production.

REQUIREMENTS
