Job summary

Workwear Outfitters, a Nashville-based leader in work apparel and footwear, is seeking a Heat Transfer Operator for the 2nd shift (3:00pm - 1:30am). You will operate heat press equipment to decorate garments and set up machines according to transfer specs.

You will verify production orders, monitor the process for defects, and help ensure on-time, quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. High school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with the ability to read a ruler

Responsibilities

• Operate heat press machine to decorate Heat Transfer garments on time, according to specs.
• Set up machines according to Transfer specifications.
• Ensure production order is complete and according to specifications.
• Observe Heat Transfer operation to detect defects in production.
